Redistricting and How to Influence It With new Information

Hi all,

Please read – VERY important info re redistricting! We need to be testifying on these as individuals before the hearings and/or send in written statements. There is NO WAY that  we can allow the Rs to screw up this state the way they have done in other places. Yes, my bias is showing.

Ted has done a tremendous job in reviewing and analyzing what has been proposed. Given the short time frames for feedback, we have a special LD meeting so we can educate folks about this. I hope to connect with Ted tomorrow and things will go from there. Fortunately, Ted is on the state redistricting committee so we have access to good information and someone who can explain things to us. I know Ted has been working hard to put together a presentation for us.

You will get the skinny and the ideas as to how to approach this that favor what we want for our LD. Have a good weekend in the meantime
